Under House:
J&J Construction Services can excavate below your property, regardless of if you have an existing cellar or not. The size of your basement is entirely dependant on what you want and how much space you require. J&J Construction Services can build below the whole footprint of your house, or just under a specific area - The choice is yours.

Sub-Basement:
J&J Construction Services has experience in building multiple level basements. These can be used for installing swimming pools or wine cellars without subtracting space from the main basement area.

Under Garden:
If you require even more space, J&J Construction Services can extend your basement beyond the boundaries of your house by carrying out an open excavation, which extends out below your garden.
